I thank you in advance for respecting the terms of use, as stated below.
I hope you are fully satisfied with the products you purchased. Conditions :

1.
All purchases made are assumed to be following a consultation and approval of
these terms and conditions, which are also included with your downloaded .zipped files.

2.
Joyce Paul Designs reserves the right to modify, update and change the TOU
for all of its digital scrapbooking products, at any given moment, with or without notice.

3.
When you agree to download products you accept to use them for personal use only.

4.
It is strictly forbidden to resell the products to a third party, in any possible form.

5.
It is strictly forbidden to redistribute to a third party any purchased product or any product obtained for free through a freebie offer.

6.
You may use Joyce Paul Designs products, in part or in full, to create your layouts and projects or blog banners for the purpose of posting in web-galleries,
personal web sites, blogs or other, or for submissions to magazines for publication.
However, you must, in the latter case, give credit to Joyce Paul Designs,
whether or not the products were altered in shape, color or content.
(Should a page or project featuring Joyce Paul Designs products be published,
thank you for letting me know! :-) )

7.
You may not create quickpages and give them away as freebies or sell them!
You may not use quick pages or templates for publication while claiming to be the layout creator. You must credit the source (Joyce Paul Designs) and indicate that it is a quick page or a template.

It is strictly forbidden to use the products offered by Joyce Paul Designs to create anything of a pornographic, racist or offensive nature of any kind, or that may be deemed as harmful to others.

9.
It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, distribute, lend, sell or transfer the products created by Joyce Paul Designs Simply buying one or more products from this designer does not give you the permission to do so.
You may not use this content for other purposes than those stipulated in this document.

10.
In buying and downloading free products by Joyce Paul Designs,
you accept the conditions included in these TOU.
You also accept to respect the stipulated TOU for Joyce Paul Designs products.

11.
Due to the nature of the products offered by Joyce Paul Designs, no exchange or refund is possible.
For any problems, please communicate directly with me.
Each case will be examined individually.
